Outreach

The Outreach section handles all email communication with creators. From drafting individual messages to sending hundreds of personalized emails at once, outreach tools help you manage the full communication lifecycle.

Key concepts

Concept	Description
Reply Templates	Reusable email templates (also called snippets) with variable placeholders for personalization.
Drafts	Individual email drafts you can compose and send to specific creators.
Bulk Send	Send personalized emails to many creators at once using templates and recipient lists.
Inbox	View and respond to incoming email replies from creators.

Accessing outreach tools

Navigate to Outreach in the sidebar to access:

Typical outreach workflow

1. Prepare templates — Create Reply Templates with personalization variables.
2. Select recipients — Choose creators from your Creator Pool or by tag.
3. Send in bulk — Use Bulk Send to reach many creators at once.
4. Monitor responses — Check the Inbox for replies.
5. Follow up — Use Drafts for individual follow-up messages.

Email quota

Your organization has an email sending quota based on your subscription plan. You can view your current usage and remaining quota in the outreach section and in your account settings.
