Creator Filter

The Creator Filter lets you narrow down your Creator Pool using a flexible set of conditions. You can combine multiple filters across different categories to find exactly the creators you need for a campaign.

Accessing the Filter

The filter bar is available at the top of the Creator Pool page. Click Add Filter to add a condition. You can add as many conditions as you need, and they are combined with AND logic by default.

Filter Categories

Filters are organized into five categories.

How Filters Work

Operators

Different filter types support different operators:

Filter TypeAvailable OperatorsDescription
Numeric>= (default)Greater than or equal to the specified value.
Multi-selectincludes / excludesMatches creators that include (or exclude) any of the selected values.
Single selectisExact match.
BooleanisTrue or false.

Combining Filters

When you add multiple filters, they are combined with AND logic. A creator must match all conditions to appear in the results.

For example, if you set:

  • Platform = TikTok
  • Followers >= 10,000
  • Engagement Rate >= 5%

Only TikTok creators with 10,000+ followers and 5%+ engagement rate will be shown.

Tips for Effective Filtering

  • Start broad, then narrow: Begin with one or two key filters (e.g., platform and follower range), review the results, and add more conditions to refine.
  • Use tags for repeat searches: If you frequently filter for the same criteria, consider creating a Creator Tag and tagging matching creators. Then you can filter by tag in one click.
  • Combine performance and history: For finding proven creators, combine performance filters (e.g., engagement rate >= 5%) with history filters (e.g., completed collaborations >= 1, completion rate >= 80%).
  • Use AI Validator for niche matching: If you need creators in a specific niche, create a Validator for that niche, run it against your pool, then filter by validator score >= 2 to find strong matches.
  • Check posting frequency: A creator with high views but low video count may be inconsistent. Combine views filters with count filters to find creators who post regularly and perform well.

Using Filters in Other Contexts

The Creator Filter is also available in other parts of the platform:

  • Campaign > Creator Radar: Filter creators when searching for candidates for a specific campaign.
  • Bulk Send > Select Recipients: Filter creators when selecting recipients for a bulk email outreach.
  • AI Validator > Select Creators: Filter which creators to validate when running a validator.
