Managing Campaigns
This page covers how to view, edit, and manage your campaigns after creation.
Campaign list
Navigate to Campaigns in the sidebar to see all your campaigns. From the list, you can:
- Search — Find campaigns by name.
- Filter by status — Show campaigns by status: Active (default), Archived, or All.
- Filter by ownership — Switch between My Campaigns (campaigns you own or collaborate on) and Team Members' (campaigns owned by others in your organization). See Campaign Collaboration for details.
- Filter by tag — Filter campaigns by tag labels.
- Sort — Order by priority, creation date, end date, or name.
- Paginate — Browse through campaigns if you have many.
- AI Manager status — Campaigns with AI Manager enabled show a purple ON badge. If there are pending AI escalations, a red count badge appears — click it to jump to the AI Manager activity log.
Campaign overview
Click on any campaign to open its overview page. The overview displays:
- Campaign brief and source materials.
- Audience segments.
- Tags and attribution keywords.
- Post types and target video count.
- Budget and timeline (deadline).
- Targeting — regions and languages.
- Collaborators — team members with edit access.
Editing a campaign
All fields on the overview page support inline editing — click on any value to edit it directly. You can:
- Update the campaign name and description (click on them in the header).
- Edit budget, deadline, target video count, post types, regions, languages, tags, attribution keywords, and audience segments.
- Upload additional brief sources and re-analyze with AI.
- Manage collaborators.
INFO
Only the campaign owner and collaborators can edit campaign details. Other team members see the campaign in read-only mode.
Archiving a campaign
To archive a campaign:
- Open the campaign.
- Click the status badge next to the campaign name.
- Select Archived from the dropdown.
Only the campaign owner can archive or restore a campaign.
Archived campaigns are hidden from the default campaign list but can be viewed by filtering for archived status. Archiving does not delete any data — all collaborations, outreach history, and analytics are preserved. You can restore an archived campaign back to active at any time using the same status dropdown.
Campaign navigation
Each campaign provides tabs for different areas of work:
- Overview — Campaign brief, audience segments, targeting, budget, and metadata.
- Creator Radar — AI-powered creator discovery scoped to this campaign. The AI uses the campaign brief and targeting details to find matching creators.
- Email Outreach — Bulk email sends and delivery performance for this campaign.
- Collaborations — Creator partnerships tied to this campaign. See Campaign Collaboration for access control details and Collaborations for lifecycle details.
- Posts — Published content and attribution tracking for this campaign.
- AI Manager — AI-powered auto-reply configuration, activity log, and escalation management. See AI Manager for details.
See the Campaigns overview for more details on each tab.
