Bulk Send
Bulk Send lets you send personalized emails to many creators at once. It combines Reply Templates with recipient lists to deliver customized outreach at scale.
Accessing Bulk Send
Navigate to Outreach > Bulk Send in the sidebar.
Creating a bulk send
- Click New Bulk Send.
- Follow the multi-step wizard:
Step 1: Select campaign
Choose the campaign this outreach is associated with.
Step 2: Select recipients
Choose which creators will receive the email. There are several ways to build your recipient list:
- Pick from your Creator Pool -- Manually select individual creators from your organization's Creator Pool.
- Upload a CSV -- Import creators in bulk by uploading a spreadsheet with profile URLs or handles.
- Use Creator Radar -- Run a Creator Radar search to find new creators matching your campaign criteria and add them directly as recipients.
- Filter by Creator Tags -- Use Creator Tags to target specific segments (e.g. "fitness", "US-based") from your existing pool.
- Apply Creator Filters -- Narrow recipients by platform, follower range, engagement rate, region, language, and other filter criteria.
You can combine these methods -- for example, start with a Radar search, then refine by tags. Once you are satisfied, review and confirm the final recipient list.
The system then resolves creator email addresses — this means it looks up or validates the email address for each selected creator based on their platform handle and profile data. During this process:
- Creators with a known, valid email address are marked as Resolved and included in the send.
- Creators whose email cannot be found or verified are marked as Invalid and excluded from the send. You can see which creators were excluded in the recipient details.
- Creators who have unsubscribed from your emails (either for this campaign or globally) are automatically Skipped.
TIP
If a creator is excluded due to an invalid email, you can manually update their email in the Creator Pool and include them in a future bulk send.
Step 3: Compose the email
- Select a Reply Template or write a custom message.
- Choose an email format style (plain, minimal, classic, modern, or brand).
- Personalization variables (e.g.,
,) will be filled in automatically for each recipient. - Set the email subject line.
Step 4: Review and send
- Preview how the email will look for individual recipients.
- Review the total recipient count and credit impact.
- If the send exceeds your daily email cap, you'll see a notice that emails will be spread across multiple days.
- Confirm and launch the bulk send.
Bulk send statuses
A bulk send progresses through several stages:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | Bulk send is being configured but has not been launched. |
| Pending | Bulk send has been submitted and is waiting to start. |
| Importing | The system is importing the recipient list. |
| Resolving | The system is looking up and validating email addresses for each creator. |
| Resolved | All email addresses have been processed. The send is ready to begin. |
| Sending | Emails are actively being sent out. |
| Paused | Sending has been temporarily stopped by the user. |
| Completed | All emails have been sent (or skipped/failed). |
| Cancelled | The bulk send was stopped by the user. Already-sent emails cannot be recalled. |
| Failed | The bulk send encountered an error that prevented it from completing. |
Managing bulk sends
From the Bulk Send list, you can view all past and active bulk sends. Click on any bulk send to see:
- Delivery status — How many emails have been sent, delivered, opened, or failed. See Email Status for the meaning of each status.
- Open and reply rates — Real-time tracking of email engagement (open tracking uses a tracking pixel; accuracy may vary by email client).
- Recipient details — Individual email status for each recipient.
Controlling a bulk send
While a bulk send is in progress, you can:
- Pause — Temporarily stop sending. Remaining emails will wait until you resume. There is no time limit on how long a bulk send can stay paused.
- Resume — Continue a paused bulk send. Emails pick up where they left off.
- Cancel — Stop the bulk send entirely. Emails already sent cannot be recalled. Emails that were still pending are cancelled and do not consume credits.
WARNING
Cancelling a bulk send does not recall emails that have already been sent. Only unsent emails are stopped.
Credits and sending limits
Each email sent consumes credits from your organization's balance. The credit cost is shown during the review step before sending.
Key points:
- Credits are consumed per email sent, regardless of whether the email bounces or fails after sending.
- If your credit balance runs out, sending will pause until credits are added or your plan renews.
- Cancelled (unsent) emails do not consume credits.
- Skipped emails (unsubscribed creators) do not consume credits.
- Sending is also subject to a daily email cap — emails beyond the cap are queued and sent the next day.
WARNING
Bulk sends cannot be undone once emails have been delivered. Always preview your emails carefully before confirming.
