Bulk Send

Bulk Send lets you send personalized emails to many creators at once. It uses Drafts as email content and supports multiple ways to select recipients — from manual handle input to advanced creator filters.

Accessing Bulk Send

Navigate to Outreach > Bulk Send in the sidebar.

You can also launch Bulk Send from:

  • Creator Pool or Creator Radar — Select creators using checkboxes, then click Send Email in the batch toolbar. This opens a streamlined 2-step drawer (skipping recipient selection since creators are already chosen).
  • Campaign Email Outreach tab — Launch bulk send pre-linked to a specific campaign.
  • AI Chat — Ask the AI to set up a bulk send and it will open the wizard with pre-filled options.

Creating a bulk send

Click New Bulk Send to start the 3-step wizard.

Step 1: Campaign & Draft

Select the campaign this outreach is associated with, and choose an existing Draft as the email content.

  • Campaign (required) — The campaign this send is linked to. You can create a new campaign from here if needed.
  • Draft (required) — The email content (subject + body) to use. Drafts are managed separately in Outreach > Drafts and can include personalization variables and AI-formatted HTML styling. If no drafts exist, you'll see a link to create one.

TIP

Create and test your draft before setting up a bulk send. You can use AI to generate draft content, format it with different styles (plain, minimal, classic, modern, brand), and send test emails to yourself — all from the Drafts page.

Step 2: Recipients

Choose how to build your recipient list. There are three modes:

Paste Handles

Paste creator handles (one per line or comma-separated) and select the platform (TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube). The system resolves each handle against your creator database:

  • Matched creators are shown with their name, handle, and email status.
  • Unmatched handles are listed separately so you can correct them.

Only creators with a valid email address will receive the email.

Upload CSV

Upload a CSV file containing creator data. The file must include columns for handle, platform, and email. The name column is optional.

  • A template CSV is available for download.
  • The system validates the file, showing valid rows, errors, and duplicates removed.
  • You can optionally enable profile enrichment for newly imported creators (consumes credits — the estimated cost is shown before you confirm).
  • Maximum file size: 5 MB.

Advanced Filter

Use the Creator Filter to define criteria (platform, followers, engagement rate, tags, radars, campaigns, etc.) and select all matching creators as recipients.

  • The system counts how many creators match your filter and how many have email addresses.
  • Only creators with email addresses are included in the send.

Step 3: Review & Send

Review all settings before launching:

  • Summary — Campaign, draft, recipient count, and recipient mode at a glance.
  • Deduplication — If you have previously sent bulk emails for the same campaign (or others), you can select up to 3 past bulk sends to exclude their recipients from this send. Creators who received emails from the selected sends within the past 14 days will be excluded. Recent bulk sends from the same campaign are auto-selected by default.
  • Send Options — Choose when to send:
    • Send immediately (default) — Emails start sending as soon as the job is created and recipients are resolved.
    • Schedule for later — Pick a future date and time. The job will wait until the scheduled time to begin sending.

Click Create Bulk Send to launch the bulk send.

Personalization variables

Drafts used in bulk send support dynamic variables that are replaced with actual values for each recipient. Variables use double curly brace syntax — .

VariableReplaced withExample
Creator's display nameSarah Johnson
Creator's social media handle@sarahj_beauty
Creator's email addresssarah@example.com
Creator's follower count52,300

Variables can be used in both the subject line and body of the draft. Unrecognized variables will appear as-is in the sent email.

Bulk send from Creator Pool / Radar (drawer mode)

When you select creators from the Creator Pool, Creator Radar, or other creator list pages and click Send Email in the batch toolbar, a streamlined 2-step drawer opens:

  1. Campaign & Draft — Same as step 1 of the full wizard.
  2. Review & Send — Same as step 3, with recipients pre-filled from your selection (either specific creator IDs or a filter-based selection from "Select all matching").

The recipient selection step is skipped because creators are already determined.

Bulk send statuses

A bulk send progresses through several stages:

StatusDescription
DraftJob created but not yet submitted. You can still edit it.
PendingJob submitted, waiting to start processing.
Importing(CSV mode) The system is importing creators from the uploaded file.
Finding EmailsThe system is looking up and validating email addresses for each creator.
Ready to SendAll email addresses have been processed. The send is ready to begin (or waiting for the scheduled time).
SendingEmails are actively being sent out in batches.
PausedSending has been temporarily stopped by the user.
CompletedAll emails have been sent (or skipped/failed).
CancelledThe bulk send was stopped by the user. Already-sent emails cannot be recalled.
FailedAn unrecoverable error prevented the job from completing.

Viewing bulk send details

Click on any bulk send from the list to see its detail page, which includes:

  • Progress — A visual progress bar showing sent, pending, skipped, and failed counts.
  • Configuration — Campaign, draft, recipient mode, and other job settings.
  • Outbound Message Stats — Total emails sent, delivered, opened, replied, bounced, and failed. Open tracking uses a tracking pixel (accuracy varies by email client).
  • Send Quota — Your daily email quota usage and remaining capacity.
  • Import Task — (CSV mode only) Status and progress of the creator import task.

Controlling a bulk send

While a bulk send is in progress, you can:

  • Pause — Temporarily stop sending. Remaining emails will wait until you resume. There is no time limit on how long a bulk send can stay paused.
  • Resume — Continue a paused bulk send. Emails pick up where they left off.
  • Cancel — Stop the bulk send entirely. Emails already sent cannot be recalled. Unsent emails are cancelled and do not consume credits.

WARNING

Cancelling a bulk send does not recall emails that have already been sent. Only unsent emails are stopped.

Credits and sending limits

Each email sent consumes credits from your organization's balance.

Key points:

  • Credits are consumed per email sent, regardless of whether the email bounces or fails after sending.
  • If your credit balance runs out, sending will pause until credits are added or your plan renews.
  • Cancelled (unsent) emails do not consume credits.
  • Skipped emails (unsubscribed creators, missing email addresses) do not consume credits.
  • Sending is also subject to a daily email cap — if the send exceeds your daily limit, emails are queued and sent across multiple days.

WARNING

Bulk sends cannot be undone once emails have been delivered. Always review your draft and recipient list carefully before confirming.
