Support Tickets

Submit support tickets to get help from the Ace Influence team for issues that cannot be resolved through the documentation or AI Assistant.

Submitting a ticket

  1. Navigate to Support Tickets in the platform.
  2. Click New Ticket.
  3. Describe your issue, including:
    • What you were trying to do.
    • What happened instead.
    • Any error messages you saw.
    • Steps to reproduce the issue.
  4. Submit the ticket.

Tracking your tickets

View all your submitted tickets at Support Tickets. Each ticket shows:

  • Status — Whether the ticket is open, in progress, or resolved.
  • Priority — The urgency level assigned to the ticket.
  • Last update — When the ticket was last responded to.

Click on a ticket to view the full conversation and any updates from the support team.

Tips for faster resolution

  • Be specific — Include details about the feature, page, and action that caused the issue.
  • Include context — Mention your browser, any recent changes, and the campaign or collaboration involved.
  • One issue per ticket — Submit separate tickets for unrelated issues so each can be tracked independently.
