Organization Setup

Every user in Ace Influence belongs to an organization. Organizations are shared workspaces where team members collaborate on campaigns, manage creators, and share resources.

First-time registration

When you sign up for the first time, you will be automatically directed to the Create or Join Organization page. What happens next depends on whether your company already has an organization:

• No existing organization for your domain -- You create a new one and automatically become the Owner.
• Organization already exists -- You can request to join it. The owner must approve your request before you gain access.

Create a new organization

1. After signing in for the first time, you will be taken to the Create Organization page.
2. Enter your organization name and any required details.
3. Submit the form. You will be automatically assigned as the organization Owner.

Once created, other team members who sign up with the same email domain can discover and request to join your organization.

Join an existing organization

If your company already has an organization on Ace Influence:

1. Navigate to the Join Organization page.
2. The platform will attempt to match your email domain to existing organizations.
3. Select the organization you want to join and submit a request.
4. The organization Owner will review and approve your request.

You can check the status of your request on the pending page.

Organization roles

Role	Permissions
Owner	Full access. Can manage members, billing, settings, transfer ownership, and all resources.
Admin	Can manage members, campaigns, and most settings.
Member	Can create and manage campaigns, creators, outreach, and collaborations.

Transferring ownership

The organization Owner can transfer ownership to another member:

1. Go to the Members page.
2. Find the member you want to transfer ownership to.
3. Use the transfer ownership action.

After the transfer, the previous owner will be reassigned as a regular member.

Managing members

Organization admins can manage membership on the Members page:

• View all current members and their roles
• Review pending join requests
• Approve or reject membership requests
• Update member roles

Trouble accessing your organization?

If your organization's registered email domain is no longer available, or someone else has already claimed the organization and you cannot join, please contact us at contact-us@aceinfluence.ai and we will help resolve the issue.
