Campaign Collaboration
Campaigns are the central hub for managing creator partnerships in Ace Influence. This page covers how team members can work together on a campaign and how collaborations with creators are organized within a campaign.
Team collaboration
By default, campaigns are personal — only the person who created a campaign can edit it. With team collaboration, you can invite other members of your organization to help manage a campaign together.
Key concept
Team collaboration grants access to campaign-level editing only — it does not give access to your private emails, collaborations, or other personal resources.
Inviting collaborators
- Open the campaign you own.
- In the Overview tab, find the Collaborators section.
- Click Invite Collaborator.
- Search for the team member by name or email.
- Select the person and confirm.
The invited person will immediately gain collaboration access. Both the campaign owner and existing collaborators can invite additional team members.
INFO
Only members of your organization can be invited as collaborators. You cannot invite people outside your organization.
Permissions
| Action | Owner | Collaborator | Viewer (other org members) |
|---|---|---|---|
| View campaign details | Yes | Yes | Yes (read-only) |
| Edit campaign fields and brief | Yes | Yes | No |
| Archive or restore a campaign | Yes | No | No |
| Invite / remove collaborators | Yes (anyone) | Invite: yes; Remove: only themselves | No |
| Create new bulk send / radar tasks | Yes | Yes (owned by creator) | No |
Leaving or removing collaborators
- Leave: Open the campaign → Collaborators section → click Remove next to your own name.
- Remove others: Only the campaign owner can remove other collaborators.
Leaving or being removed does not affect any resources you created within that campaign. Your collaborations, bulk send tasks, and other resources remain yours.
Viewing campaigns
The campaign list includes an ownership filter:
- My Campaigns (default) — Campaigns you own plus campaigns where you are a collaborator.
- Team Members' — Campaigns owned by other people in your organization (read-only, some sensitive information like budget may be hidden).
Creator collaborations
The Collaborations tab in a campaign shows all collaborations with creators for that campaign. A collaboration tracks the full lifecycle of a creator partnership — from initial proposal through content delivery and completion.
For detailed information about collaborations, see:
- Collaborations overview — Key concepts, lifecycle, and statuses.
- Creating a Collaboration — How to create a collaboration with a creator.
- Managing Collaborations — Updating status, tracking deliveries, adding notes.
Privacy boundaries within a campaign
When multiple team members work on the same campaign, each person's resources remain individually owned:
| Data type | Shared with team collaborators? |
|---|---|
| Campaign details (name, brief, budget, etc.) | Yes (editable) |
| Collaborations within the campaign | View only (read-only for others' collaborations) |
| Bulk send tasks within the campaign | View only (owner + campaign owner can manage) |
| Content attribution | View only (managed by collaboration owner) |
| Email conversations | Never shared |
| Personal notes on collaborations | Never shared |
| Shipping addresses | Never shared |
Important
Campaign team collaboration does not override individual data ownership. Every resource (collaboration, task, email) always belongs to the person who created it. However, campaign owners have elevated management rights over bulk send tasks within their campaign (pause, resume, cancel).
