Subscription & Billing
Ace Influence uses a subscription-based pricing model with optional credit purchases for additional usage.
Accessing billing
Navigate to Settings > Subscription in the sidebar.
Subscription plans
Your subscription plan determines:
- Resource limits — Maximum number of campaigns and creators.
- Feature access — Which platform features are available.
- Plan credits — A credit allowance granted each billing cycle, used for email sending, Creator Radar, AI features, and more.
- Daily sending cap — A per-day limit on outreach emails.
Viewing your plan
The subscription page shows:
- Your current plan name and tier.
- Usage for each resource (campaigns, creators, emails) with visual indicators.
- Renewal date and billing cycle.
Daily email cap
Your daily email sending limit is automatically derived from your subscription plan tier. Higher-tier plans receive a higher daily cap, ensuring fair usage across the platform while giving you predictable sending capacity.
How the daily cap works:
- The cap limits how many outreach emails you can send per calendar day (UTC timezone).
- When you reach the daily cap, any remaining emails in a Bulk Send are automatically queued and will continue sending the next day when the cap resets.
- The cap resets at midnight UTC each day.
- Bounced and failed emails count toward the daily cap (they were sent from the system's perspective).
- Replies in the Inbox do not count toward the daily cap.
TIP
You can check your remaining daily allowance on the Bulk Send review step before confirming a send. If your send exceeds the daily cap, the emails will be spread across multiple days automatically.
Email and credit consumption
Every outreach email you send — whether from a draft or a bulk send — consumes credits from your organization's credit balance. There is no separate monthly email quota; email sending is simply one of the things credits are used for.
- Credits are consumed per email sent. The cost per email is determined by your plan and shown in the Bulk Send review step before you confirm.
- When your plan's included credit balance runs out, email sending pauses until you purchase additional credits or your plan renews.
Credits
Credits provide additional resource capacity beyond your plan's base limits. They are shared across your entire organization — all team members draw from the same credit balance.
What credits are used for
| Action | Credit cost |
|---|---|
| Outreach email (draft or bulk send) | Consumes credits per email sent |
| Creator Radar search | Varies by search scope (platform count, depth) |
| AI Assistant usage | Metered by token consumption (see AI usage) |
| AI Validator check | Per-creator validation cost |
TIP
The exact credit cost for each action is shown in the platform before you confirm. For example, the Bulk Send review step shows the quota and credit impact, and Creator Radar shows the estimated cost before you launch a search.
Purchasing credits
- Go to Settings > Subscription.
- Browse available credit packages.
- Select a package and complete checkout via Stripe.
- Credits are added to your organization's balance immediately.
Credit details
- Shared across the organization — All team members draw from the same credit pool.
- Two types of credits:
- Plan credits — Included with your subscription each billing cycle. Unused plan credits expire at the end of the period and do not roll over.
- Purchased credits — Bought separately and never expire as long as your subscription is active.
- Consumption order — Plan credits are always used first. Purchased credits are only drawn on when plan credits run out.
- Balance visibility — Your remaining credit balance is shown in the User Menu at the top of the page for quick reference.
AI usage
AI features (AI Assistant, Script Coach, Brief Analysis) consume credits based on token consumption. Tokens are the units that the AI model uses to process your input and generate responses:
- Each message you send and each response you receive consumes tokens.
- Longer messages and more detailed responses use more tokens.
- A typical AI Assistant conversation (a few back-and-forth exchanges) consumes a modest number of credits. The exact amount varies by conversation length and complexity.
- Token consumption is tracked per user and visible in the per-user usage breakdown.
Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe. From the subscription page, you can:
- View your payment history.
- Update your payment method.
- Download invoices for credit purchases.
- Upgrade or change your subscription plan.
Payment history
The Payment History section on the subscription page lists all your past transactions, including:
- Subscription payments and renewals.
- Credit package purchases.
- Gift credits received (if applicable).
For each transaction, you can see the date, amount, and status. Click the Download Invoice button on any credit purchase to get a PDF invoice for your records.
Checkout flow
When purchasing a plan or credits:
- Select the plan or credit package.
- You are redirected to the secure checkout page.
- Enter or confirm your payment details.
- Upon successful payment, you are redirected to the checkout success page.
- If you cancel the checkout, you are redirected to the checkout cancelled page.
Usage monitoring
The subscription page displays usage badges showing your current consumption relative to plan limits:
- Campaigns — Number of active campaigns vs. plan limit.
- Creators — Number of creators in your pool vs. plan limit.
- Emails — Number of outreach emails sent this period (includes both draft sends and bulk sends; bounced/failed emails are counted).
- Credits — Remaining credits in your account (also shown in the User Menu).
Per-user credit breakdown
For a detailed view of how credits are being spent across the organization, go to Settings > Usage.
This page shows:
- Organization summary — Total plan credits, credits used, and remaining balance for the current period.
- Per-member breakdown — Credit consumption per team member, broken down by activity type:
- AI Tasks (AI Assistant, AI Validator, Script Coach)
- Creator Discovery (Radar searches)
- Email Sending (drafts and bulk sends)
- TikTok Profile Enrich (creator tracking and import)
Organization owners see all members. Regular members see only their own usage.
This is separate from the Subscription page, which shows plan-level limits. Use the Usage page when you want to understand where credits are actually going.
TIP
Monitor your usage regularly to avoid hitting limits during active campaigns. Your remaining credit balance is also visible in the User Menu at the top of the page for quick reference.
