Quick Start Guide
This guide walks you through launching your first influencer marketing campaign on Ace Influence, from creating a campaign to tracking results.
Prerequisites
- You have created an account and verified your email.
- You have set up or joined an organization.
Step 1: Create a campaign
- Navigate to Campaigns in the sidebar.
- Click New Campaign.
- Choose a creation method: Let AI help you (recommended -- upload brief sources and let AI pre-fill the form) or Create manually.
- Fill in the campaign details: name, description, budget, deadline, target regions, languages, audience segments, and post types.
- Click Create Campaign.

Step 2: Find creators with Creator Radar
- Open your campaign and go to the Creator Radar tab, or navigate to Creators > Creator Radar in the sidebar.
- Click New Radar and choose a creation method (from campaign, AI-assisted, or independent).
- Configure your search: search direction, platform, target email count, country, and language.
- Click Create and wait for results.
You can also import creators you already work with by uploading a CSV.

Step 3: Compose an outreach draft
- Navigate to Outreach > Drafts in the sidebar.
- Click New Draft and write your email subject and body. Use personalization variables like
andto customize each email. - Optionally use AI Write to generate the email content and AI Formatting to style it.
- Click Save.

Step 4: Send bulk outreach
- Navigate to Outreach > Bulk Send in the sidebar.
- Click New Bulk Send.
- Step 1: Select a campaign and choose the draft you just created.
- Step 2: Build your recipient list -- paste handles, upload a CSV, or use the advanced filter.
- Step 3: Review the summary and click Create Bulk Send.

Step 5: Manage responses and collaborations
- Check incoming replies in Outreach > Inbox.
- When a creator expresses interest, create a Collaboration to formalize the terms.
- Track each collaboration through its lifecycle: Pending > Negotiating > Fulfilling > Completed.

Step 6: Track performance
All campaign-related tracking lives inside the campaign detail page. Open any campaign to access the following tabs:
- Overview -- Campaign brief, targeting, budget settings, and high-level stats.
- Creator Radar -- Discover and add new creators directly within the campaign context.
- Email Outreach -- Send bulk emails and monitor delivery performance for this campaign.
- Collaborations -- Manage all creator collaborations, negotiations, and payment status.
- Posts -- Track published content, view counts, engagement, and attribution status.
