Importing Creators

If you already have a list of creators from another tool or a spreadsheet, you can import them into Ace Influence in bulk.

How to import

1. Navigate to Creators > Import Creators in the sidebar.
2. Click Start Import to open the import dialog.
3. Download Template first to see the required CSV format, then upload your CSV file (drag and drop or click to select).
4. Optionally assign default Creator Tags to the entire imported batch.
5. Review the import preview, including estimated credit cost for enrichment.
6. Confirm the import.

TIP

The CSV file must follow the template format. Download the template from the import dialog to see the required columns and structure. Max 50,000 rows per import.

Import history

The import page shows a history of all your previous imports. For each import job, you can see:

• Status — Pending, running, paused, completed, or failed.
• Progress — A progress bar showing how many creators have been processed.
• Statistics — Total rows, successfully imported, skipped, and failed counts.
• Date — When the import was started.

Managing active imports

While an import is running, you can:

• Pause an in-progress import to temporarily halt processing.
• Resume a paused import to continue where it left off.
• Cancel an import that is no longer needed.

Downloading import data

Click the Download CSV button on any completed import to download the original CSV file that was uploaded. This is useful for auditing or re-importing data.

Profile enrichment

When importing new creators, the system can automatically enrich each creator's profile by fetching up-to-date data from the platform (follower count, engagement rate, content history, etc.) and generating a creator profile. This enrichment process consumes credits -- the estimated credit cost is shown during the import preview step before you confirm.

You can choose to enable or disable enrichment when setting up the import. Enrichment progress is tracked alongside the import job, showing how many creators have been enriched, are pending, or have failed.

WARNING

Enrichment is recommended for newly imported creators, as it ensures their profile data is complete and current. Without enrichment, creators may only have the basic information provided in your CSV file.

After importing

Imported creators are added to your Creator Pool. From there, you can:

• Apply Creator Tags to organize them.
• Include them in Bulk Send outreach campaigns.
• Run AI Validator checks to verify their profiles.

TIP

Duplicate detection helps prevent importing the same creator twice. Creators are matched by platform and handle.
