Reply Templates
Reply Templates (also called snippets) are reusable email templates that you can use across your outreach campaigns. They support variable placeholders for personalizing each message.
Accessing templates
Navigate to Outreach > Reply Templates in the sidebar.
Creating a template
- Click New Template.
- Enter a template name for your reference.
- Write the email subject and body.
- Use variable placeholders to personalize the message (e.g., creator name, campaign name).
- Save the template.
Variable placeholders
Templates support dynamic variables that are replaced with actual values when the email is sent. Variables use double curly brace syntax — — in both the subject and body.
Available variables
| Variable | Replaced with | Example output |
|---|---|---|
| Creator's display name | Sarah Johnson |
| Creator's social media handle | @sarahj_beauty |
| Name of the linked campaign | Summer Beauty Launch |
| Your organization name | Acme Brands |
Example template
Subject: Collaboration opportunity —
Body:
Hi ,
I came across your content on social media and love what you're creating. We're running a campaign called and think you'd be a great fit.
Would you be interested in collaborating? I'd love to share more details.
Best,
The Team
WARNING
Make sure all variable names are spelled exactly as shown. Unrecognized variables will appear as-is in the sent email.

Templates can be used in:
- Bulk Send — Select a template as the base for your bulk email campaign.

TIP
