Creator Pool

The Creator Pool is your centralized database of content creators. It stores creators you have discovered, imported, or manually added, along with their profile information and social media metrics.

Accessing the Creator Pool

Navigate to Creators > Creator Pool in the sidebar.

What the Creator Pool shows

For each creator in your pool, you can see:

• Name and handle — The creator's display name and social media username.
• Platform — Which platforms they are active on (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Metrics — Follower count, engagement rate, and other relevant statistics.
• Tags — Any Creator Tags applied to this creator.
• Status — Whether the creator has been contacted, is in an active collaboration, etc.

Adding creators to the pool

Creators can be added to your pool in several ways:

• From Creator Radar — Save creators found through Creator Radar search results.
• Bulk import — Upload a spreadsheet or file to import creators in bulk.
• From campaign discovery — Add creators found during campaign-level creator search.

Using the Creator Pool

From the pool, you can:

• Search and filter creators by name, platform, tags, or metrics.
• Select creators for Bulk Send outreach campaigns.
• Apply or remove tags for organization.
• View individual creator profiles and their collaboration history.
• View AI Validator badges showing each creator's validation status.

Exporting creators

You can export your creator data as a CSV file for use in external tools or reporting:

1. Navigate to the Creator Pool.
2. Optionally apply filters to narrow down the creators you want to export.
3. Click the Export button.
4. Choose to download the CSV file directly or send it via email.

The exported CSV includes creator profile information, social media handles, metrics, and tags. Email delivery is useful for large exports that may take longer to generate.
