Creator Pool ​

The Creator Pool is your centralized database of content creators. It stores creators you have discovered, imported, or manually added, along with their profile information and social media metrics.

Accessing the Creator Pool ​

Navigate to Creators > Creator Pool in the sidebar.

What the Creator Pool shows ​

For each creator in your pool, you can see:

  • Name and handle — The creator's display name and social media username, along with a platform icon and tracking indicator.
  • Followers — Total follower count.
  • Email — The creator's contact email address, if available.
  • Tags — Any Creator Tags applied to this creator.
  • Radars — Which Creator Radar searches this creator was discovered from.
  • Region — The creator's geographic region.
  • Engagement rate — The creator's engagement rate as a percentage.
  • Video metrics — Median video views and video count over the last 14 days.
  • Created at — When the creator was added to your pool.
  • Validator scores — If you have run AI Validator, you can toggle validator score columns to view each creator's validation results.

Hover over a creator row to see a summary card with more detail.

Adding creators to the pool ​

Creators can be added to your pool in several ways:

  • Quick Add — Click the Quick Add button in the top right of the Creator Pool page to manually add a single creator by entering their profile information.
  • From Creator Radar — Save creators found through Creator Radar search results.
  • Bulk import — Upload a spreadsheet or file to import creators in bulk.

Using the Creator Pool ​

From the pool, you can:

  • Search and filter creators by name, platform, tags, metrics, radars, campaigns, or validator scores using the advanced filter builder.
  • Sort creators by different fields such as created date, followers, engagement rate, or video views.
  • Select creators to perform batch actions (see below).
  • View individual creator profiles by clicking on a row.

Batch actions ​

Select one or more creators using the checkboxes, then use the batch toolbar to:

  • Manage Tags — Apply or remove tags for the selected creators.
  • Run AI Validator — Run the AI Validator on the selected creators.
  • Send Email — Launch a Bulk Send outreach campaign to the selected creators.
  • Export — Export the selected creators as a CSV file.

If all rows on the current page are selected and there are more results beyond the page, you can choose Select all matching to apply the action to all creators matching your current search and filters.

Exporting creators ​

You can export your creator data as a CSV file for use in external tools or reporting:

  1. Navigate to the Creator Pool.
  2. Optionally apply search or filters to narrow down the creators you want to export.
  3. Select the creators you want to export by checking the rows, or use Select all matching to include all creators that match your current filters.
  4. Click the Export button in the batch toolbar.
  5. Choose to download the CSV file directly or send it via email.

The exported CSV includes creator profile information, social media handles, metrics, and tags. Email delivery is useful for large exports that may take longer to generate.
