Unsubscribe Management

The Unsubscribe page lets you manage how creators can opt out of your outreach emails, and view the list of creators who have already done so.

Accessing unsubscribe settings

Navigate to Outreach > Unsubscribe in the sidebar.

Unsubscribe link toggle

You can enable or disable the automatic unsubscribe link that appears in your outbound emails.

• Enabled (default) — Every outreach email includes a link at the bottom that allows the creator to unsubscribe. When a creator clicks the link, they are taken to a public unsubscribe page where they can confirm their opt-out.
• Disabled — No unsubscribe link is included in emails. Use this only if you have another mechanism in place for handling opt-outs.

TIP

Keeping the unsubscribe link enabled is recommended. It protects your sender reputation and reduces the risk of your emails being marked as spam.

How creators unsubscribe

When a creator clicks the unsubscribe link in an email:

1. They see a confirmation page showing your organization's name and logo (no login required).
2. They can choose the scope of their unsubscription:
   • This campaign only — Stop receiving emails for the specific campaign the email was sent from. The creator can still receive emails from your other campaigns.
   • All emails — Stop receiving all emails from your organization.
3. After confirming, the creator is added to your unsubscribe list.
4. On any future Bulk Send, unsubscribed creators are automatically Skipped -- no email is sent, and no credits are consumed for that recipient.

Unsubscribes are scoped to your organization. A creator who unsubscribes from your emails is not affected by emails from other organizations using the platform.

Unsubscribe list

The lower section of the page shows all creators who have unsubscribed from your emails. The table displays:

Column	Description
Email	The creator's email address.
Handle	The creator's social media handle (if linked to a creator in your pool).
Scope	Whether the unsubscription applies to a specific campaign or all emails.
Campaign	The campaign name (for campaign-scoped unsubscriptions).
Date	When the creator unsubscribed.

You can:

• Search — Filter by email address to find a specific entry.
• Remove — Delete a creator from the unsubscribe list. After removal, that creator can receive emails from you again in future bulk sends. A confirmation dialog is shown before removal.

The list is paginated if you have many unsubscribed creators.

WARNING

Only remove creators from the unsubscribe list if you have a valid reason to believe their opt-out was accidental or they have explicitly asked to be re-subscribed. Sending emails to creators who have unsubscribed damages your sender reputation.
