Profile
Your profile contains your personal information and account settings.
Accessing your profile
Navigate to Settings > Profile in the sidebar.
What you can manage
Personal information
- Display name — The name shown to other members of your organization.
- Email address — Your login email. Changing your email requires re-verification.
Email verification
If your email is not verified, you will see a prompt to verify it. Email verification is required to use most platform features, including outreach and collaborations.
Password
You can update your password from the profile page. Enter your current password and choose a new one.
Reset password
If you have forgotten your password or want to reset it without entering the current one, use the Reset Password option on the profile page. This sends a password reset link to your registered email address. Click the link to set a new password.
App version
The current app build version is displayed at the bottom of the User Menu (click your avatar in the top-right corner). This can be useful when reporting issues to support.
