AI Assistant

The AI Assistant is a conversational interface that helps you with tasks across the Ace Influence platform. You can ask questions, request analysis, draft content, and get recommendations — all through a chat-based interaction.

Accessing the AI Assistant

The AI Assistant is available as a chat panel that can be opened from anywhere in the platform. Look for the AI chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the interface. Click it to open the chat panel — it slides in from the side without leaving your current page.

What the AI Assistant can do

Campaign planning

  • Analyze product links or documents and suggest campaign strategies.
  • Recommend target audience segments.
  • Generate campaign briefs from product information.
  • Create campaigns directly from the chat conversation.

Creator discovery

  • Suggest creator categories based on your product or campaign.
  • Generate search keywords for Creator Radar.
  • Recommend niche categories to explore.

Email assistance

  • Draft outreach emails based on your campaign context and creator profiles.
  • Generate personalized follow-up messages.
  • Suggest subject lines and email variations.
  • Create Reply Templates from successful emails.

Data analysis

  • Analyze campaign progress and creator response rates.
  • Provide optimization suggestions based on current performance.
  • Summarize collaboration statuses and next actions.

How it works

The AI Assistant uses a streaming chat interface:

  1. Type your message or question in the chat input.
  2. The AI processes your request, potentially using tools to look up data or perform actions.
  3. Responses are streamed in real time — you'll see the text appear progressively.
  4. The AI may ask clarifying questions if it needs more context.

You can send a new message while the AI is still responding. If you need to interrupt a response, you can stop generation and send a new message.

Chat history

Your conversation with the AI Assistant is automatically saved per user account. When you reopen the chat panel, your previous messages and responses are restored so you can continue where you left off.

Key details:

  • Chat history is per user — each team member has their own separate conversation history.
  • History is stored securely in your Ace Influence account.
  • You can start a new conversation at any time by clearing the chat history.
  • Previous context helps the AI provide more relevant responses in follow-up messages.

Welcome screen

When you open the AI Assistant for the first time (or with no previous conversation), a welcome screen is displayed with a brief introduction and suggested prompts. Once you send your first message or your previous chat history is loaded, the welcome screen disappears.

AI tools

The AI Assistant has access to specialized tools that allow it to interact with your Ace Influence data:

Tool capabilityWhat it does
Look up campaignsQuery your campaign data — budgets, statuses, collaborations, and performance metrics.
Search creatorsSearch your Creator Pool by name, platform, niche, or metrics.
Look up collaborationsCheck collaboration statuses, terms, and activity history.
Generate contentCreate structured outputs like email drafts, campaign briefs, and content scripts.
Perform calculationsCalculate metrics like ROI, CPE, engagement rates, and cost comparisons.

These tools are invoked automatically when relevant to your request. You will see the AI's thought process and tool usage in the chat — it shows which tool is being used and what data is being accessed.

TIP

The AI can only access data within your Ace Influence account. It cannot browse the internet, access social media platforms directly, or see data from other organizations.

Example prompts

Here are effective ways to use the AI Assistant at each stage of your workflow:

Campaign setup

  • "I'm launching a skincare product for women aged 25–35. Help me plan a campaign."
  • "Analyze this brief and suggest 5 attribution keywords for tracking."
  • "What audience segments should I target for a fitness supplement campaign?"

Creator discovery

  • "Find beauty micro-influencers on TikTok with 10K–50K followers who post about skincare."
  • "Suggest niche keywords I should search for in Creator Radar for a pet food brand."
  • "Which creator categories would work best for promoting a travel backpack?"

Outreach

  • "Draft an outreach email for our Summer Beauty campaign. Keep it casual and under 150 words."
  • "Write a follow-up email for creators who haven't responded in 5 days."
  • "Create a reply template for negotiating collaboration terms."

Analysis

  • "Summarize the current status of all collaborations in my Q1 campaign."
  • "Which creators in my pool have the highest engagement rates on Instagram?"
  • "What's the average response rate across my last 3 bulk sends?"

TIP

Be specific in your requests. Instead of "help me with my campaign," try "analyze the brief for my Q1 beauty campaign and suggest creator niches to target." The more context you provide, the more relevant the AI's response will be.

AI usage and billing

AI Assistant usage is metered by token consumption. Tokens are the units that the AI model uses to process text:

  • Every message you send and every response you receive consumes tokens.
  • Longer messages and more detailed responses use more tokens. A short question-and-answer exchange uses fewer tokens than a detailed campaign analysis.
  • Token consumption is deducted from your organization's credits.
  • You can monitor your AI usage on the Subscription & Billing page, which includes per-user AI usage breakdowns for organization owners and admins.

TIP

Your subscription plan includes a base AI usage allowance. When that allowance is used up, additional AI usage consumes credits. The credit cost scales with usage — light usage is very affordable, while extensive daily use will consume more credits.

Limitations

  • The AI Assistant works with data available in your Ace Influence account. It cannot access external websites, social media platforms, or data from other organizations.
  • AI responses are suggestions, not guarantees. Always review outputs before acting on them — especially for budget decisions, legal terms, or messaging that will be sent to creators.
  • If you ask about something outside the platform's data (e.g., a competitor's pricing or current social media trends), the AI will let you know it cannot access that information.
  • For complex or sensitive decisions (budgets, legal terms), use the AI as a starting point and apply your own judgment.
