Drafts

Drafts are reusable email templates that you compose and then use in Bulk Send to reach multiple creators at once. Each draft contains a subject line and body that can include personalization variables (like and ), which are automatically replaced with each creator's real data when the emails are sent.

Accessing Drafts

Navigate to Outreach > Drafts in the sidebar.

The draft list shows all your drafts with status filters:

• Active -- Drafts that have not been used in a bulk send yet.
• Sent -- Drafts that have already been used to send emails via Bulk Send.
• All -- All drafts.

Creating a draft

1. Click New Draft.
2. Fill in the Subject and Email Body using the rich text editor.
3. Optionally, use AI Write to generate the email content (see below).
4. Optionally, enable AI Formatting to convert your content into a styled email template (see below).
5. Click Save to save the draft.

You can also send a test email to yourself before saving to preview how the email will look in a recipient's inbox.

Form fields

• Subject -- The email subject line. Supports personalization variables.
• Email Body -- The email content. Written in a rich text editor with formatting options. Supports personalization variables.

Personalization variables

Drafts support dynamic variables that are replaced with actual values for each recipient when used in a Bulk Send. Click Insert variable in the editor toolbar to insert variables. See Personalization Variables for the full list.

AI Write

Click AI Write to open the AI Draft Writer. Describe the email you want and the AI will generate a draft for you.

Options:

• Instructions -- Describe what email you want (e.g., "Write an outreach email inviting a beauty creator to collaborate on our new skincare product launch").
• Tone -- Professional, Casual, Friendly, or Formal.
• Language -- The language for the generated email.
• Campaign Context (optional) -- Select a campaign to give the AI more context about your goals and product.
• Reference Drafts (optional) -- Select up to 3 existing drafts as style references.

Once generated, review the result and click Use This to apply it to your draft, or Regenerate for a new version.

AI Formatting

AI Formatting converts your plain email content into a styled HTML email template. Toggle it on with the AI Formatting switch in the editor.

Available styles:

Style	Description
Plain Text	Best deliverability, feels personal.
Minimal	Polished yet lightweight, loads fast.
Classic	Trusted newsletter look, great readability.
Modern	Eye-catching, ideal for announcements.
Brand	Reinforces brand recognition with your organization's logo and brand color.

Click Preview to see how the formatted email will look. If you edit the content after formatting, click Re-format to update the styled version.

TIP

Email templates use your organization's logo and brand color. Set them up in Organization Settings to get the most out of the Brand style.

Editing a draft

Open any draft from the list to view or edit it. You can modify the subject and body, change the formatting style, and save your changes.

INFO

Drafts that have already been used in a Bulk Send are locked and cannot be edited. You can Duplicate a sent draft to create an editable copy.

Draft actions

From the draft list, each draft has a context menu with:

• Edit -- Open the draft for editing.
• Duplicate -- Create a copy of the draft.
• Delete -- Permanently delete the draft.

Test emails

Before saving or after editing, you can send a test email to yourself using the Send Test button. The test email:

• Is sent from your connected email address.
• Has the subject prefixed with [Test].
• Replaces all personalization variables (like ) with sample data so you can see how the email will look.

How drafts are used

Drafts are the email content layer for Bulk Send. The workflow is:

1. Create a draft with your email subject and body.
2. Create a Bulk Send and select the draft as the email template.
3. Bulk Send delivers the draft content to all selected recipients, replacing personalization variables with each creator's real data.

Each draft can be reused across multiple Bulk Send tasks.
