Campaign Analytics
Campaign analytics gives you a high-level view of how your influencer marketing campaign is performing. Metrics are calculated from confirmed posts attributed to the campaign.
Accessing campaign analytics
Open any campaign and go to the Posts tab. The top of the page shows summary stat cards for the campaign.
Key metrics
The Posts tab displays four summary metrics:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Posts | Number of confirmed posts attributed to this campaign. If you set a target post count in the campaign Overview, a progress bar shows how close you are to the goal. |
| Total Views | Sum of views across all confirmed posts. Note: Instagram image posts may not have view data. |
| Total Cost | Total spend from collaborations linked to this campaign. This is the sum of the cost field across all collaborations in the campaign. |
| CPM | Cost per 1,000 views. Calculated as: total cost / total views x 1,000. This helps you evaluate the cost efficiency of the campaign. |
TIP
Hover over any stat card to see a tooltip explaining what it measures and how it is calculated.
How cost is calculated
CPM and Total Cost depend on the cost field in each collaboration. To ensure accurate analytics:
- AI auto-fill — When a collaboration moves to "Fulfilling" status, the AI automatically reads linked email threads and attempts to extract the agreed cost and post count. This only fills in fields that are not already set.
- Manual entry — You should also review and maintain the cost field yourself, especially for collaborations negotiated outside the platform.
- Only confirmed posts count — A collaboration's cost is included in the campaign total only when it has at least one confirmed post. This prevents costs from unstarted collaborations from inflating your CPM.
Attribution (post attribution)
Ace Influence automatically detects creator content that belongs to your campaign through Creator Tracking. The system scans tracked creators' recent posts for your campaign's attribution keywords and surfaces matches for review.
How it works
- Define attribution keywords on your campaign (e.g. brand name, product hashtag). Clear, specific keywords produce better results.
- When a tracked creator publishes content containing those keywords, the post is automatically captured and linked to the campaign.
- The post appears on the campaign's Posts tab with a Pending status for manager review.
You can also manually add a post by pasting a URL on the Posts tab.
Attribution status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Post was automatically detected. Awaiting manager review. |
| Confirmed | Verified as a valid campaign post. Included in analytics. Performance is tracked automatically over time. |
| Not Related | False positive -- excluded from analytics. |
Only confirmed posts are included in the campaign analytics calculations above.
Filtering and sorting posts
The Posts tab supports:
- Status filter -- Show all posts, or only Pending / Confirmed / Not Related.
- Sort by -- Date, views, or likes.
- Sort order -- Ascending or descending.
Improving your CPM
To optimize your campaign's cost efficiency:
- Keep collaboration costs up to date -- Accurate cost data is essential for meaningful CPM. Review the AI-extracted values and correct them if needed.
- Review pending posts promptly -- Only confirmed posts count toward analytics. Pending posts delay your metrics.
- Review attribution keywords -- Specific keywords reduce false positives and ensure only relevant posts are confirmed.
- Set a target post count -- Track progress toward your goal on the Total Posts card.
- Compare across campaigns -- Use CPM as a benchmark when planning future campaign budgets.
