Managing Collaborations

This page covers how to view, update, and manage collaborations after they have been created.

Collaboration list

Navigate to Collaborations in the sidebar to see all collaborations across your campaigns. You can also view campaign-specific collaborations from within a campaign.

From the collaboration list, you can:

  • Search and filter collaborations by status, creator, or campaign.
  • Sort collaborations by date, status, or other criteria.
  • Click any collaboration to view its details.
  • View AI Validator badges on each collaboration row, showing the validation status of the associated creator.

Batch operations

Select multiple collaborations using the checkboxes to reveal the batch toolbar. Batch operations allow you to:

  • Update the status of multiple collaborations at once.
  • Perform bulk actions without opening each collaboration individually.

This is especially useful when managing large campaigns with many creator partnerships.

Collaboration details

Open a collaboration to see:

  • Creator information — Profile, handle, and contact details.
  • Campaign — The linked campaign.
  • Terms — Deliverables, compensation, timeline, and additional conditions.
  • Status — Current stage in the collaboration lifecycle.
  • Activity history — Timeline of all events: status changes, notes, payments made, content delivered, and more.

Activity timeline events

The activity history tracks these events automatically:

EventDescription
CreatedCollaboration was created.
Status changedStatus was updated (e.g., Pending → Negotiating).
Payment madeA payment was recorded for this collaboration.
Content deliveredCreator submitted content deliverables.
Note addedA team member added a note to the collaboration.

Updating collaboration status

As the partnership progresses, update the collaboration status:

  1. Open the collaboration details page.
  2. Advance the status to the next stage:
    • PendingNegotiating: When the creator acknowledges and begins discussing terms.
    • NegotiatingFulfilling: When terms are finalized and work begins.
    • FulfillingCompleted: When all deliverables are met.
  3. Or cancel the collaboration with a reason if the partnership will not proceed.

TIP

You can skip statuses when appropriate. For example, if terms are pre-agreed, you can move directly from Pending to Fulfilling. However, you cannot revert a Completed or Cancelled collaboration.

Delivery tracking

For collaborations that involve shipping physical products to creators, you can track delivery status:

StatusDescription
PendingProduct has not been shipped yet.
In TransitProduct has been shipped and is on its way.
DeliveredProduct has been received by the creator.
ExceptionThere is a problem with the delivery (e.g., returned, lost, wrong address).

Delivery tracking is optional — it is only relevant for collaborations that include physical product shipments. You update the delivery status manually as you ship and track products. The platform does not integrate with shipping carriers directly.

Tips

  • Keep collaboration statuses up to date so your team has an accurate view of campaign progress.
  • Use the activity history to maintain notes about negotiations and agreements.
  • Link all collaborations to campaigns for better organization and reporting.
  • Use Creator Tags to mark creators by collaboration outcome (e.g., "Completed", "Top Performer") for future campaign planning.
