Post Performance

Post performance shows how individual creator posts attributed to your campaigns are performing. All post data lives on the campaign detail page's Posts tab.

Accessing post performance

Open any campaign and go to the Posts tab. This is the only place to view and manage post performance -- there is no separate "Tracking" section in the sidebar for this.

How posts appear here

Posts are captured automatically through Creator Tracking. When a tracked creator publishes content that matches your campaign's attribution keywords, the post is detected and added to this tab. See Post attribution for how this works.

You can also manually add a post by pasting a TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram URL.

Attribution status

Each post has an attribution status that determines whether it counts toward campaign analytics:

StatusMeaning
PendingPost was automatically detected. Needs manager review to confirm it is a valid collaboration delivery.
ConfirmedVerified as a valid campaign post. Counts toward campaign analytics. Performance metrics are automatically tracked over time.
Not RelatedDetermined to be a false positive -- the attribution keyword appeared in unrelated content. Excluded from analytics.

Managers should review pending posts promptly to keep campaign analytics accurate.

Metrics tracked

For each confirmed post, you can view:

MetricDescription
ViewsTotal number of times the content was viewed.
LikesNumber of likes or reactions.
CommentsNumber of comments.
SharesNumber of times the content was shared.

Improving attribution accuracy

The quality of automatic post detection depends on your attribution keywords. To reduce false positives:

  • Use unique, specific keywords that are unlikely to appear in unrelated content.
  • Include the brand or product name as a keyword.
  • Avoid generic terms that creators might use in everyday posts.

See the campaign Targeting & Attribution section for how to set up keywords.

Automatic performance tracking

Once a post is confirmed, the platform automatically tracks its performance metrics in the background over time. There is no manual step required -- metrics update automatically and feed into Campaign Analytics.

TIP

Check post performance 48 hours after publication for an initial read, then again at 7 days for a more complete picture. TikTok and YouTube content can continue gaining views well beyond the first week.

For campaign-wide totals and ROI calculations, see Campaign Analytics.
