Creator Tracking
Creator Tracking monitors creators on an ongoing basis -- refreshing their profile data daily and automatically capturing new posts that may belong to your campaigns. This is how the platform detects collaboration content and brings it back for your review.
Accessing Creator Tracking
Navigate to Creators > Creator Tracking in the sidebar.
What Tracking does
When a creator is on your tracking list, the platform:
- Refreshes their profile daily -- Follower count, engagement rate, recent video stats, and other profile data are automatically updated.
- Captures new posts for attribution -- The system scans tracked creators' recent content for attribution keywords defined in your campaigns. When a match is found, the post is automatically linked to the campaign and surfaces on the campaign's Posts tab for your review. This is the core mechanism behind post attribution (see Post attribution below).
Automatic tracking
By default, the platform automatically adds creators to the tracking list when a collaboration enters the Fulfilling stage. This ensures the system can detect and capture content as soon as the creator publishes it -- which is why automatic tracking is tied to the fulfilling stage.
The system also automatically removes creators who have not posted any content in the past 30 days, preventing credits from being spent on inactive accounts.
Both of these behaviors can be configured by Owner and Admin roles in the tracking settings panel.
Adding creators manually
You can add a creator to your tracking list from several places:
- Creator Pool -- Use the tracking action on any creator card or detail page.
- Creator Radar results -- Track creators directly from a search.
- Collaboration detail -- Track the creator you are working with.
The tracking list is shared across your entire organization -- any team member can view or manage it.
Post attribution
Post attribution (post attribution) is the process of automatically detecting creator content that belongs to your campaigns. Here is how it works:
- The system scans tracked creators' recent posts for matches against your campaigns' attribution keywords.
- When a match is detected, the post appears on the campaign's Posts tab with a Pending status.
- A campaign manager reviews each detected post and marks it as:
- Confirmed -- The post is a valid collaboration delivery. It counts toward campaign analytics.
- Not Related -- The post was a false positive (e.g. the keyword appeared in unrelated content). It is excluded from analytics.
Setting clear, specific attribution keywords helps the system accurately match content and reduces false positives. See Attribution Keywords for best practices.
Performance tracking for confirmed posts
Once a post is confirmed, the system automatically tracks its performance metrics (views, likes, comments, etc.) over time in the background. These metrics feed into the campaign's Posts tab and Campaign Analytics. This happens automatically -- there is no separate page to manage it.
Credit consumption
Refreshing creator profiles consumes credits based on the platform:
| Platform | Daily cost per creator |
|---|---|
| TikTok | ~0.23 credits |
| ~0.10 credits | |
| YouTube | Free (within API quota) |
The tracking page shows a cost estimate card with the estimated daily credit cost based on your current tracking list.
Managing your tracking list
The tracking page lets you:
- Search -- Find tracked creators by name or handle.
- Filter by source -- Show only
manual(added by a team member) orauto(added from a collaboration) entries. - Sort -- By creation date, last refreshed time, or follower count.
- Batch remove -- Select multiple creators and remove them in bulk.
You can re-add a creator to tracking at any time after removal.
