Inbox

The Inbox is where you view and respond to incoming email replies from creators. All email threads are organized in one place for easy tracking.

Accessing the Inbox

Navigate to Outreach > Inbox in the sidebar.

Viewing threads

The Inbox displays a list of email threads. Each thread shows:

  • Creator name and handle — Who the conversation is with.
  • Latest message preview — A snippet of the most recent message.
  • Timestamp — When the latest message was received.
  • Status indicators — Whether the thread needs attention.

Click on any thread to open the full conversation.

Replying to messages

From within a thread:

  1. Read the creator's message.
  2. Type your reply in the compose area.
  3. Optionally, insert a Reply Template as a starting point.
  4. Send your response.

TIP

Replies sent from the Inbox do not consume your email quota. Only initial outreach emails (drafts and bulk sends) count against your quota.

Thread management

  • Threads are organized chronologically with the most recent activity at the top.
  • You can search for specific threads by creator name or content.
  • The inbox integrates with your connected email provider (see Integrations).

From inbox to collaboration

When a creator responds positively to your outreach, the next step is typically to create a Collaboration to formalize the collaboration terms. You can do this directly from the thread by navigating to Collaborations and linking the creator.
