Organization

Your organization is the shared workspace where your team collaborates. Organization settings control membership, roles, and team access.

Managing members

Navigate to Organization > Members in the sidebar.

From the members page, you can:

• View all current members and their roles.
• Invite new members to the organization.
• Remove members from the organization.
• Update member roles (Owner, Admin, Member).

Role restrictions on member management

• Owners and Admins can invite new members and remove existing Members.
• Admins cannot remove other Admins or the Owner — only the Owner can do that.
• Only the Owner can assign or remove the Admin role.

Handling join requests

When someone requests to join your organization, their request appears at Organization > Join Requests. Owners and Admins can:

• Approve — Grant the user access to the organization.
• Reject — Deny the request. The user will see their request as rejected.

Pending requests are visible to the requesting user at Pending requests.

Organization roles

There are three roles in an organization: Owner, Admin, and Member.

Role descriptions

Role	Description
Owner	Full control over the organization, including billing, member management, role assignment, and all settings. There is exactly one Owner per organization.
Admin	Can manage members, approve join requests, and configure most settings. Cannot access billing, assign roles, or transfer ownership. Admins can remove Members but not other Admins or the Owner.
Member	Can use all platform features (campaigns, creators, outreach, collaborations) within the organization scope. Cannot change any organization settings.

Domain-based discovery

Organizations can be discovered by email domain. When a new user signs up with an email address matching your organization's domain, they can find and request to join your organization automatically.
