AI Validator
The AI Validator lets you define your own criteria and have AI evaluate how well each creator in your pool matches them. Use it to score and filter creators based on exactly what matters for your campaign -- no predefined categories, just your own requirements.
Accessing AI Validator
Navigate to Creators > AI Validator in the sidebar.
How it works
You create a Validator by writing a natural language description of what you're looking for (the validation criteria). You then select which creators to evaluate, and the AI scores each one from 0 to 3 based on how well they match your criteria.
Example criteria you might write:
- "Gaming content creator who posts regularly about PC hardware and esports"
- "Beauty and skincare influencer targeting a female audience aged 18-35"
- "Food creator with strong engagement, primarily short-form video content"
Each Validator is a reusable definition -- you can re-run it against different creator lists at any time.
Creating a validator
Click New Validator to start the 3-step wizard.
Step 1: Define Validator
- Validator Name -- A short name (max 20 characters) for this validator (e.g., "Gaming -- PC & Esports"). Must be unique within your organization.
- Validation Criteria -- A natural language description of your ideal creator. Be specific: mention niche, content style, audience, tone, or any other criteria that matter.
Step 2: Select Creators
Choose which creators to evaluate. You can:
- Search by name or handle.
- Filter using the Creator Filter (platform, followers, engagement rate, tags, radars, campaigns, etc.).
- Select individually using checkboxes, or click Select all matching to include all creators that match the current filter.
Step 3: Confirm
Review a summary of the validator name, criteria, and number of creators to evaluate. The estimated credit cost is shown.
You have two options:
- Create & Run -- Create the validator and immediately start the AI evaluation.
- Create without running -- Save the validator definition without running it yet. You can run it later from the validator detail page.
TIP
Validation consumes credits. The estimated credit cost (~0.02 credits per creator) is shown on the confirm step before you proceed.
Running a validation later
If you created a validator without running it, or want to re-run it against a different set of creators:
- Open the validator from the AI Validator list.
- Click Run Validation (or Re-run if it has been run before).
- Select the creators to evaluate and confirm.
The validation runs in the background, so you can navigate away and check results later.
Controlling a validation
While a validation is in progress, you can:
- Pause -- Temporarily stop the evaluation. Completed results are kept.
- Resume -- Continue a paused validation.
- Cancel Validation -- Stop the validation entirely. Completed results are kept, but remaining creators will not be evaluated.
Understanding results
Each creator receives a score from 0 to 3 based on how well they match your criteria:
| Score | Label | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| 3 | High Match | Creator strongly matches the criteria -- highly recommended. |
| 2 | Good Match | Creator generally meets the criteria -- worth considering. |
| 1 | Partial Match | Creator partially matches -- needs further evaluation. |
| 0 | No Match | Creator does not meet the criteria. |
Each result also includes a reasoning from the AI describing why the creator received that score. You can view the reasoning by expanding the score in the results table.
Filtering and sorting
Results are sortable and filterable by score, so you can quickly focus on strong matches. For example, filter to score >= 2 to see creators who are a good fit or better.
Validator score columns
Once a validator has been run, its scores can be displayed as additional columns in creator lists:
- Creator Pool -- Toggle validator score columns to see scores alongside other creator data.
- Creator Radar results -- Validator scores can also appear in radar result tables.
Click any score badge to see the AI's reasoning for that score.
Validation freshness
Validation reflects the creator's profile at the time it was run. Creator content changes over time -- consider re-running the validator:
- Before committing budget to a campaign.
- If a creator's niche or posting style appears to have shifted.
- Periodically for creators you contact regularly.
Archiving validators
Validators can be archived to hide them from the active list. Archived validators are not deleted -- they can be unarchived at any time. You can view archived validators by switching to the Archived tab on the AI Validator list page.
When to use AI Validator
- Before outreach -- Score and rank creators from your Creator Pool before deciding who to contact.
- After a Radar search -- Run a validator on Radar results to identify the strongest matches.
- After import -- Evaluate imported creators against your campaign requirements.
- Comparing creators -- Use multiple validators side by side to evaluate creators on different dimensions (e.g., one for niche fit, another for content style).
