Notifications

Ace Influence sends notifications to keep you informed about important events — new creator responses, collaboration status changes, campaign updates, and more.

Accessing notifications

• Notification feed: Click the notification icon in the platform header, or go to Notifications.
• Notification preferences: Navigate to Notifications > Preferences in the sidebar.

Types of notifications

Notifications cover events such as:

• New email replies from creators.
• Collaboration status changes.
• Campaign milestones.
• Organization membership updates.
• Bulk send completion reports.
• System announcements.

Managing preferences

From the preferences page, you can enable or disable individual notification types, grouped by domain:

• Campaign — New email replies from creators, video published, collaboration auto-created, bulk send completed or failed.
• Creator Radar — Radar search completed.
• Creator — Creator import completed, creator export completed.
• System — Platform announcements, credit balance warnings, credit exhausted alerts.

Each notification type can be toggled on or off independently.

Real-time updates

Notifications are delivered in real time. When an event occurs, you will see:

• A badge on the notification icon indicating unread notifications.
• The notification in your feed with details about the event.
• A link to navigate directly to the relevant item (e.g., the collaboration or inbox thread).
